The Hoke County Partnership for Children and Families focuses its energy and programming on enhancing opportunities that inspire young minds (ages birth through five years old). The Partnership is a private, nonprofit 501(C)3 agency formed in 1994. Key leaders came together in that first year and received a state grant from the Department of Health and Human Services. In 1996, additional funding was procured through North Carolina’s Smart Start initiative. For more than 28 years, the children and families of Hoke County have benefited from various programs. In that time, the Board of Directors and staff gained knowledge and experience in service delivery and program design to benefit Hoke County children.
Our Mission:
The Partnership believes in helping children and families by providing a foundation to develop self-assurance for life through education and resources.
