Trainings for Child Care Professionals (Eligible for CHCs)

The Hoke County Partnership for Children and Families offers FREE child care trainings for early educators working in licensed facilities. We will be limiting in-person trainings to 15 participants. Registrations will be taken as first come, first serve. All training topics are approved by the Division of Child Development and Early Education for CHCs.

The following policies apply to all training events (virtual and face-to-face)

  • Training events will be closed 15 minutes after the start time. Late entry will not be permitted.
  • Participants must attend the entire training event to receive a training certificate.
  • Children and/or other non-registered guests are not permitted into training events.
  • Failure to cancel or “no-shows” for trainings offered at no cost will automatically prohibit you from taking  advantage of future trainings offered at no cost.
  • Learners will be provided a certificate of completion indicating NCDCDEE contact hour credits (CHC) or continuing education units (CEUs) for the amount of time the learning event is held.
  • Online participants will need required technology with video and audio capabilities.
  • Unprofessional, disruptive or rude behavior will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave and no credit will be issued.
  • Please turn off cell phones during the learning event
